Most of us today live in big cities and do experiment this strange phenomena of feeling terribly lonely... in the middle of the crowd. This happens even inside smaller communities, friend circles, family or co-workers. Interesting enough is that most of us are not aware that this is nothing else, but a feeling. Because the truth is that we are a myriad of versions of a reduced amount of souls. And this is what makes communication challenging. The feeling to be heard and listened to is what brings the ease and the liberation we need, in order to have space for the new and take some decisive steps.
THE LISTENER
In this trusted place, you can talk as much as you need.
This is step 1, my love.
Here you may speak freely about all that you feel - or think - that people never really listen to, when it comes to you. Whether it be your broken heart, your loneliness, your ideas or personal belief systems, the way you feel about life, the others or about you. Whatever needs to come out, should do.
So, talk to me sharing all the depths of your personality, in order to eventually reconnect to your Source and your self.
While you do so, I will listen to you without even interrupting, unless you ask me to.
The tools I will use during the session are silent prayer and light chanting. This will assist the liberation of all griefs and you may even gain the feeling of being truly heard for the very first time.
